reading down it says it was sent to a print shop and they sent a iron on transfer.
BUT I know as a crafty person, they have iron on paper you can send through your printer that does it. so call kinko's or find the paper :3

She told me she sends the pic to like a store, and they send her an iron-on printout that she can put on whatever :O Not sure they have that here in America ><
