Agryss, the other girl of the Dogryme Mercs. Known as her Orca form but sometimes called the Aquatic Changeling and Sizeshifter. Unlike Runa, she's a bit more stoic, can get angry, just like Dogryme, and doesn't become a monster when hungry because she's already kind of a monster. She's not a sugary sweet girl with a dark secret and doesn't hide her personality.
Her age is assumed to be somewhere between 26-30 human years. You can see how big she is in each of her forms, at least in data. In Orca form, she's at least 400 pounds. Her mass changes with the forms.
She's kind of cold and mysterious. Dogryme finds her interesting, so Runa thinks she'll steal him from her. She doesn't fit in with the rest of the island, and there haven't been any more Orcas washing up either, so she finds comfort in being with Dogryme's group. She has issues integrating with city life, but at least her incidents are more quickly recoverable than Runa's.
She has no Magic to speak of, so she has to use a Magic station to enchant her items. But what she does have is pretty good. Three tooth necklaces so far, one for her normal form, one for being a Shark, and one for being a Piranha. The Shark form is more Normal sized, and the Piranha form lets her get into nooks and crannies that normal characters overlook, meaning both Stealth and Looting potential offset by normal-sized enemies having higher threat levels. Besides that, her Orca form can grow to 24 feet tall when in the Sea / outside of the Islands.
And yes, she's very lethal with her Bite attacks and knows how to rip her enemies to shreds. Her favorite weapons are Spears and Harpoons, for being a more sea-based build. She's very well known for charging into fights first and asking questions later, so she can find herself overwhelmed by traps and surprise ambushes. Otherwise, she's pretty good at breaking down frontline defenses. Besides that, her only weakness is Electrical attacks.
Like Dogryme, her Jobs are variable. But it was his idea to build a Desalination Plant, so she checks on it to make sure it's running properly. Otherwise, she guards the Coast Side of most of the island. She has an unbelievably good sense of when someone's in trouble trying to swim, and always comes to rescue them. If she can't get them to the surface fast enough, she'll swallow them.
This is what makes Agryss, well, Agryss. She's incredibly vore-friendly, and loves to eat other characters. If she chooses to digest them into body fat, they'll respawn nearby within an hour and wake up with only a vague memory of encountering her. Only evil characters respawn in the island's Underworld, so she can speed up the process of sending them there. But more often than not she likes to let prey stay inside of her until they're ready to come back out or she forces them out someway. Her Orca form makes it convenient for her to blast them out her blow-hole on top of her head.
Some characters will try to steer clear of her, but Dogryme "tamed" the beast, so he's stuck with her and has to teach her some modesty. But maybe she can teach him to be a little more wild. He also finds her a great mentor for training his Halberd spearing skill. She is also a pretty good explorer and being able to survey the ocean's depths has helped them find great treasures.
Unfortunately, she's sort of the Antithesis to civilized Fluff Dragon culture, so Dogryme still feels some sort of moral clash with her "eating people." Maybe if he spends enough time with her, he'll get over it. Wolves and Scaly Dragons might be inspired by her appetite too.
