Breasts? Well proportionally they might be off just bit but then again its something thats variable in RL anyhow...They could be shifted the right (as from the characters perspective) just a tad. Might sound perverted but some show of nipples through the shirt may help but then again maybe not. But overall from what I said, it looks like you pretty much nailed it. Good job and keep it up.

The boobs are located to high up D: see like, the connecting part where the boob becomes part of the body should be much lower, slightly above the armpits level o3o

About crit: Yeah, I kinda see a bit of "offness" on the breasts. To me it kinda looks like they are to her left a bit. Really, I can't find anything else wrong with this pic. That's why I likes it! X3
