Derwent Coloursoft colored pencils for the railing and Romsca himself

and Prismacolor Premier colored pencils for the buildings and sky

Then I just blended the sky and buildings to get shading in


This piece is really supposed to be his new badge I told him I wanted to do. He likes Parkour so I thought why not.
