Penelope desperately trying to find something she can wear to look pretty at the beach. While she doesn't need one, she enjoys looking fashionable, or at least attempting to, as anything that might fit her prodigious size has had to have been custom made.
Probably doesn't help that she's put on so much weight lately either! Doesn't look like she could find anything she wasn't horribly embarrassed in. Oh well, maybe next summer 💦
