Well now, who this person, and why does she seem to have a connection with Negastar and her family?
The Answer?
Cause she IS Negastar!!!

Well no, not technically, but give me a moment to explain...

See in my Hero games, my Players, specifically One, Created a power of Effigy base off of DeeDee power. This Son of Negastar made an Effigy of his mother but something did not seem to connect...

Negastar follow Chaos in it own earthly form, making her wild and freespirited....but it her willing to follow it that allow her to be infuse with Chaos energy. This Effigy has the memory of Negastar but not the Chaos...in short she what Negastar would be if she did not go wild and infuse herself with chaos energy.

A bit concern helping the Players without Negastar taken over her body and manipulating her like a doll she was, a Powerful force step in and grant her Life of her own, disconnecting her from Negastar soul and giving her her own form and essence. Since she was different in many ways then Negastar, she took on a new name, often with some insight from the Players character in game and came with the Name Alexandra and the Name Ironwings after both the material she was build from when she was crafted and after the name of her creator, Shadowing Omaga.

As she was reborn with a new look, she big the original shape Negastar was born in but different color, hair style and even added strip of blue along her back. Without Chaos infuse in her, she much weaker then Negastar, but she still have the powers and spells of Negastar....

Alexandra love to meet her 'children' per say, to get to know them without the whole mostly hating Negastar bits attach that most children have for their mother....and I know a few Phoenix and Dragon that Alexandra love to meet their children of.
