This is Eli Vanto from the recent-ish Star Wars novel simply entitled " Thrawn ". Poor Eli just wanted a modest career in shipping and logistics but got wrapped up in being a translator and protege of the one and only, Grand Admiral Thrawn. Oh the paths one must travel...
Oh, and the comic book adaptation of " Thrawn " is incredible. It's some of the best modern comic book art I've seen in ages. They somehow managed to illustrate it almost exactly how I envisioned it when I read the book, including Eli Vanto's appearance.
