It 'seams' (pun intended) that our little soft braixen didn't managed to learn from his mistakes fast enough and is now (more or less) permanently trapped in his braixen suit.
Un?Fortunately for him, he was told that staying to long in his plush suit would resulted in it (along with the frilly dress) to 'evolve'. Now he's stuck as a (or in a) frilly delphox along with having the off chance of encountering another friend of his who had snuck into the witch mansion to look for him.
"If you can learn to be a proper well mannered boy then maybe being a proper lady would be more 'fitting' for you!" said the witch when he first 'evolved', something that ran in his head until now.
"Please Miss you have to leave the mansion before Mistress finds out about you!" said the Delphox to the young girl.
"Woah, stand back freak! I don't know who or what you are and I don't really care but no one stopping me from find that troublesome idiot!"
The delphox knew who the girl was referring to but the curse prevented her from revealing who she actually was.
"My my that's not how you should treat the 'belongings' of others my dear"
A cold sweat broke out from the delphox as she heard that voice.
"Who said that!" the girl shouted as she turned around...
To a large torrent of cloth and fabric.

The girl didn't stand as chance as the witch cast a curse on her, wrapping her up nice and tight in a cute plush mega lopunny suit of her own (and of course with a frilly dress to go over it)
Now the girl faces the same trouble that her 'missing' friend' had encountered and the countdown has started for her to learn from her mistakes and impress the witch, less the suit become permanent.
"I'd expect you to learn as much as you can from your 'sister' her, after all she had a far longer time to repent for her actions!" said the witch as she went back to stitching toys for the orphanage in town.

Theoretically what would the witch do if say, a homeless boy or girl that is an orphan, and possibly being pursued for whatever reason,knocks on the gates/door? or possibly secretly sneaks in for some would shelter from the elements, for the time being. (It's raining or snowing when this orphan finds a way to get in.)
Well that's interesting to thought.
But for reasons (that I'm unable to fully revealed as their planned for the future), the 'witch' is actually a witch to say (there's actually more than meets the eye).
The 'setting' takes place roughly in the same year as ours with the only difference being slightly more advance tech in the world.
So 'magic' really isn't 'magic' to say.
Oh, and under that scenario, the 'witch' (who actually has a name) would of course shelter the kid for a while (she's not a bad as the rumors put her to be) and contact the proper authorities (be it parents if there's any, an orphanage or the police).
Btw people that closely know the 'witch' actually respect her very well (but that's another story for another time).
