YAARRR! Ahoy, me mateys!
This is my Pooirate Metal Song! (instrumental)
I want to dedicate this song to a close friend of mine and good guitarist who had his birthday just yesterday.
Happy Birthday, Klaus .... ye nasty lubber! >:P
I hope you all enjoy this shanty, me hearties!
Arrrr!
# The wind instrument is a Oboe because all the flute-like MIDI-sounds I could use are crappy and have terrible attack-times. Normally I'd rather take a tin-whistle, pan flute or transverse flute instead.
This song is written diatonic style. Tht means it only consists of 7 different notes (Notes of C major in this case, no sharps or flats)
Program used: Guitar Pro
(played by a sequencer, not by me! Yarr!)

Towards the end there I got tons of goosebumps, I really liked the double time sections, it really brought things together. I think I'm hearing overtones at around the 1 minute mark in the accordion that seem to almost drown out the melody line that is being played but that may have been intentional...?
A good amount of this song definitely does it for me like at 2:40 I love the new section that comes in with the guitar, it's so catchy!
A rad song, and it has pirates. Perf.

Thanks a bunch! Glad you enjoyed it.
Goosebumps, eh? Wow, that's cool to hear. I never thought this will have such an emotional impact.
What is getting introduced during 1:00 is the Oboe, maybe unjustly - doubling the guitar with a simplified variation of the melody. The accordion remains silent there aside from some chords stabs in the end.
Good to know where the strengths of the piece are, so that I can try to analyze what I did well and when.^^
I thank you especially the feedback!
