BASIC INFO:
Lineart = 9€ regardless of lineart style
Flat Color = 13€
Shading = 19€ regardless of shading style

OTHER OPTIONS:
I can try emulating other art styles if desired for rule 34 and similar.
I can try humans, but I am not good at human faces so do so at your own risk.
I can design icons and logos if you like.
I can do backgrounds, but I'm not that good at it either. Costs are similar to an extra character, but it depends what you want.

KINKS and FETISHES:
No scat, no watersports, no vomit, no gore.
Violence and non-con depends on details, but usually are ok.
Other than that no limits.
