Or when the EU erects a hard border between Ireland and NI.


Maybe when Ireland finds itself in the same economic sub-basement Greece has been occupying for years, you'll finally understand that the EU is not some magical bastion of economic safety.

Well as the recent deals and such showed this never happened and never really was. I'm not sure you'd get the idea of that the uk thought of going all wall style, at worst (and i mean worst) would be like the swiss border, not this whole trump like wall you presented in the image. The deal we have now sets up northern Ireland with a sea border while the rest of the UK runs on a swiss model. This image comes off as very ignortant to the politics of northern ireland. You have to take into account theirs fractions that would want this, not a unified hate of being seperated, the whole politics of northern ireland is far more complicated then england setting up a wall their. Theirs loyalists, republicans, the UVF and the UDA all multiple factors and by accident or not has all been flaterned away with this depiction.
