Part 1 of Gabrielle Starshine's Keindall entry on her travel journal. This story is set in Furrae, roughly six years after the events of DMFA (if you don't know what that means, read the comic at http://missmab.com/ or else this will not make much sense to you).

Gabrielle Starshine (Gabi for short) is a traveling healer who has by this point crossed paths with several adventurers and provided assistance at a few guilds and other places. She keeps an irregularly updated journal of her most interesting experiences, a part of which you will get to see here. She is also known for her love of tea.

As for her species, she is a Fox. Her race is not something she likes to mention unless she knows she's among friends she can trust.
