Spent a little time at my grandma's before officially getting home from G-Fest, and I busted out the paints and made a Rodan painting!

I've been wanting to make follow-ups to the Godzilla I made last year, which was made with blues and turquoises. Obviously, red, orange, yellow, and pink were used here (along with black and white, but those are usually a given). For sure, I'm gonna do a Mothra, Ghidorah, and MechaGodzilla in similar fashion, with appropriate monochromatic color palettes. :)

(Note: it is supposed to be the original 1956 version, but I kinda like how I inadvertently gave him a bit of girth like the Shogun Warrior figure, lol.)
