I can't imagine who she's talking down to, thought I probably should considering I'm the one who drew this. Knowing me though she's trying to be very tactful and polite to someone who wants to pop all of those balloons.
This started out a few years ago as a doodle and story I had in a notebook for work. I'd gotten a little more skilled since then and decided to redo it and throw a background in, just to start making myself work harder. Next time I redo it I'll have to add in other people.
