In my writing group we have this thing called Mad Scribs. In it we have our character assigned to a number and all sorts of themes assigned to numbers as well. So I got a friend's character Omaron and ugly Christmas sweater. Then I took a good bit becoming inspired while I doodled one of the best human's I'd ever drawn up to that point. I'm still pretty happy with it.
