Fixed Quetz's design to be more of a candle aesthetic than a mix of incense and candles, but that doesn't mean I cannot use incense for another dragon. He's still a Dreamweaver, and looks much more like one. Fixed his color pallet a bit to have if feel better? Or less awkward imo.

He's a bit of a nervous wreck but is willing to help out with input and light.
