Something a little different, an older cheetah cub in forced perspective. Commission for
Justinthecheetah during MAGfest '10. I love how the coloring came out. The forced perspective was stronger in the sketch, but the character looked a little chubby--it's really hard to balance the optical illusion without distorting the figure!
I widened the muzzle to help give the idea that this cheetah is younger, and gave him a smile.
Original is 8.5X11 inches, copic and pastels on marker paper with gel-pen snow and accents.
