Flinty had assumed when your character dies that you just make a new one. Russet however seems to send them, and their player, to the safe haven of the NPC bubble. Turns out it's a real place, and the game is at such a pivitol point that Flinty is dragged under the table with no one noticing. Probably just went to the toilet or something...
