Arashi is a new personality that ways want to get what she needs by force and frighten people, but she's not pure evil. More chaotic neutral. She is always looking for what benefits herself.

Powers
Strength: Arashi is incredibly strong and able to lift an armored vehicle above herself and throw it around.

Durability: Her Skin is sturdy and able to stand against artillery fire.

Radiation absorbtion
She can arbsorb all different kinds of radiation and amplify herself with it, making her even more powerful. She can also emit large doses of ultraviolet radiation.

Weakness: She's not very smart and can be tricked by someone more intelligent.
She's very cocky and proud of her strength.

And if she will stop Stimulating her Muscles more than one hour. The ultraviolet radiation will stop circulating inside her bloodstream, and she turns back to Yoko
