introducing pierce, a new character of mine i very quickly fell in love with. i had gotten the left half of him as an adopt from  decapiteight and quickly found a backstory i was happy with for him.
he's a punky musician that found success in what he does and, after some time, lost interest in being in the limelight. he misses living simply and being "normal" -- he ends up finding a shady dealer who offers him a way to experience living simply again and takes a pair of rings from the man. in short, they end up being cursed and they cling to his tail. when he takes them off, he switches into another self that lives in the same world as him. now the right half, he finds what he wants as a college jock living for free with his buds on a scholarship. he finds out quickly, however, that his other life doesn't disappear when he switches and he has to find a way to balance both lives without ruining them. it's up to him to not let the allure of a simpler life take away from the hard work he put in his original life!
