CAUTION: this may seem like I'm being overcritical, but I don't know how else to sound in this situation. X_xU
-First point: proportions are kinda... *bhr-hhm!* off... a lot. (I know how hard they are though... )
-Second point, Lozkt's arm is a little awkward looking, but that's also minor, and pretty easy to fix, imo.
+Third point: Rezner's abs look good, although the side abs...I'm not sure they necessarily look like that. I've seen so many ways of people drawing those that I actually don't know which one is more acceptable... but there's detail on the sides now, which is a BIG improvement. I guess the only way to figure out what they really look like is... *gulp* watch a video or two of bodybuilders on youtube... X_X >_<llll
-Fourth point: Um, when Rezner's forearms connect at the elbow... I've never seen a muscle structure like that. It is a weird area to learn how to draw though, so yeah. MVSC2's art will help A LOT here. Y'know, Zangief might be something you can practice off of. Wait, what am I saying? Fighting games in general should be able to help you learn how muscles work.
Also, check out
Kokuhane 's page. he has a very good grasp on muscle structure and placement, without going overboard, in my opinion.
Good shading and the fact that you make the clothes look non-flat is VERY GOOD.
Keep it up! you're getting better!

Honestly, even with the errors there, for a first time it's really good. Don'cha hate it when you have an image in your head, and you try and draw it, and the image is waaaay better in your head?
Sidenote: This seems to fit what mood I think you want for this pic. (cheezy, but oh well. Also, REALLY REALLY GOOD INDIE VOICEOVER! O____O)
