just amazing. Im a huge detail stickler . . . . LOL im not saying anything tho. this is just wonderfully done. I currently have that picture as my background, and i have the one of those two during bow training on my ps3, various ones on my phone and on my psp is jake in his rda gear getting off the chopper fer his first time in the forest ( he is holding the black gun and looking towards his left, our right ) I love the movie! its taken over my life LOL . . . . . . minus a thing here and there its a near perfect match, congrats on getting into painter, i need to get used to using a stylus over a mouse >.< but im too busy learning anything i can about the Na'Vi. I have 30% of their language dictionary ( whats avalailable at this time ) completely memorized. I basically understand all the Na'Vi dialogue in the movie, i adore them. I carry sully's first name, i just wish i was in his shoes LOL.

If its just a copy, go ahead and do one. Should be super easy, right? C'mon.
Not everyone can do that. Besides, tons of people paint animals, locations and animals from photos and such. It's a nice training to the eyes, painting techniques and detailing, especially to all of us who can't make lifelike art from the mind without any kind of art class.

exactly, i used to try and copy pics . . . its extremely difficult to get it right ( or as ridiculously close to the original as possible ). I swear. just because its a copy doesnt mean time, work, effort, and feelings dont go into them. People like you dont understand some peeps dont or cant visualise something something like this without working on something similar first. Thats the way all started to draw first off. FOr most of us doing a copy of such an awesome peice of work is just a great feeling as doing our own mental picture. And to do it in a scale like this, its just awesome n.n
