Another hero form, this one is for Neon Hyena.

His hero form has some similarities to his rave wear, but with sweepers in his chest, back, and the palm of his hands. He uses a mask and creates a spikey mohawk to hide his identity.

His powers are somewhat similar to Misty's, but he's a bit slower, and he uses bass blasters in his hands at projectile weaponry, rather than a melee weapon like Misty's sword. His unique power includes sound manipulation, using them to disorient enemies and throw them off guard, or to creates bass so loud that it will bring the house down, bother literally and figuratively.
