This is a quickie I whipped up a few days ago, portraying Hakari in a losing battle against one of his primary enemies, a fellow Saurian by the name of Cadmus.
Cadmus was once a part of Hakari's clan years back, and was once very loyal to their cause and ideals. But somewhere down the line, he splintered off from the group, no longer believing in what they stood for. Instead, he opted to go his own way, without honor and without any sort of code.
Hakari, despite leaving the clan in shame, has attempted time and time again to stop Cadmus before he could hurt innocent people.
Unfortunately, bastard or not, Cadmus is more experienced and far more merciless a fighter than Hakari. In fact, the only reason Cadmus has yet to kill the young ninja is simply because Cadmus finds him so amusing, and because Cadmus remains certain that the naive young Saurian will never be able to best him.
But if that look in Hakari's eyes in any indication, you can be assured the young ninja will never give up.
Fun fact: Cadmus is the same fella who gave Koloss that scar across his eye. And unlike Hakari, Koloss decided then and there not to mess with Cadmus after that...
