Yes, that Thessalhydra. Possibly one of the most interesting man-made (well, lich-made) monsters in D&D, they're a huge hydra-like beast with the eight heads wreathing a circular, acid-spewing maw. And, of course, it also has a prehensile tail, tipped with a claw that is uses to pick up its prey and chuck in the aforementioned maw.
