The early showing of the Lion King is finally here, and plenty are filing to the theaters to see just how well this remake does!
Whether your excitable, nostalgic or skeptical I think most of us are going to see the movie regardless.

Overall, it was a good experience. I feel it was a faithful modern adaptation, but I still have a spot in my heart for the '94 classic. Could've done without that one song, but enjoyed the nod to another film. I especially enjoyed following the 'shot for shot' scenes, and yes cheetahs!
