He was made by a company that specializes in making technology such as components and tools, Tori is one of a few models that's designed to be a tool for society by assisting those the company assigns them to. These model were use these machines that function with people's orgas for the machineorgans by downloading info about their functions and details. But because of a faulty address, this caused Tori to be sent to the centre of a city with no idea where to go.
