when I did therapeutic horseback riding in my early years(I have autism), it always felt weird between my legs, the horse's midsection always swayed left and right and left and right, it felt good, too good... and when I was asked to ride the horse facing the opposite direction(the horse still going forwards while I was riding it backwards), it felt even weirder, the more I thought about it in the car the weirder I felt, that's how I can relate to this artpiece
