Seventh and last sketch from the batch of sunday/monday's Stream.
Commissioned by Nassley This one serving as a sequel to this:

Which means Nashley has gotten used to both being a girl as well as her newly gained weight, all the multiple hundred pounds of it :3c
I believe there might be one or two more steps to add to this sequence in the mid transformation part, but the overall shape of it (pun intended) is already clear.
Gordia (That's the ghost's name) is quite happy with the results of her work, though it doesn't seem like Nashley ever noticed her being there.
