A Couple O' Chubby Cops
After a long recovery period, Clawhauser had finally recovered fully from his injury that had made him take leave from his work at the Front Desk (while many cops at the ZPD theorized about what had happened to him, Clawhauser was too embarrassed to admit that slipping on such a small food wrapper had caused such a major injury). On his return, he had expected to simply take up his position again from his temporary replacement, Nick Wilde, that he was informed of previously by Judy Hopps. However, things became a little more complicated once Clawhauser actually got a view of the fox behind the desk. Nick had truly taken up the mantle of being the one at the Front Desk... instead of having his skinny, sly frame, he instead now sported a large, round body that rivaled even Clawhauser's! Amazed at this unexpected scene, Clawhauser got to chatting with Nick, and surprisingly to him, the two of them became quick friends. So much so, that the two of them collaborated with each other to convince Chief Bogo to let them both stay positioned at the Front Desk. Now, after their first shift together, to celebrate this success of theirs, the two have gone out for a night on the city to be merry, to chat, and to stuff their faces until they feel like bursting. To remember their hangout, Clawhauser took a selfie with Nick to share with others online and off, and looking at the photo, one has to wonder: could this friendship of theirs end up being something more one day? Only time will tell.

And with this piece, I tried to go unique with things, and experiment a bit! And that experimentation is mainly in regards to the perspective with the phone and with the camera. While I definitely feel like things aren't perfect, I'm personally proud for thinking up the perspective, especially since it wasn't my original intention for this piece (the stuff on the phone screen was originally just a smaller sketch I was making, and eventually I looked at it and thought "hey, Clawhauser loves using his phone, so how about I make this look like a photo on a phone?"). Otherwise though, I did have a lot of fun drawing this pic up. I'm honestly not sure how I drew up a fat Nick Wilde before doing Clawhauser, but I've happily alleviated that now, haha ^^
Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed this piece! And once again, I'd like to thank you all for your continued support of me and my work! nwn

Seriously amazing work on this continuation!! I really love the idea of Clawhauser accidentally hypnotizing Nick and Nick taking it so well that they both end up fatter than ever together! I would DEFINITELY love to see a sequel to this, maybe even make their relationship develop further too, fantastic work! Such a creative choice to use a selfie angle, absolutely LOVE the results! Wish I could have some of those doughnuts myself!
