His parents having a great dynamic with the mother, a eevee, being very tough and rough. On the other hand the father being very sweet and kind, but not being afraid to call out his mate when she was too rough. She never got mad for this, she was very aware that she could get out of hand. After he was old enough to meet his own basic need, he was casted out to live on his own. He was extremely young at the age he was sent to what to a nomal pokemon would see as his doom. Now he is the fastest pokemon alive, with a kind heart and a ability to kill any challanger infront of him.
