Some of you out there have been wanting to see the cardlist, so here is a PARTIAL cardlist. Basically it is everything that is open source, or I have permission for. Things like Helium and inflation ray guns, stuff that is easy to think up. Anything that requires permission that I do not have is under (PERMISSION NOT ATTAINED) and you can see the effects of the card, just not the name or idea behind it. Also, note that there are 8 more characters I have in mind, but I don't have permission from any of them.
