I remember I learned a few useful things about Blender last time I caught one of your streams, involved how to manipulate UV regions. Trouble is I don't have the bandwidth to watch for very long
From my experience, asking isn't really the best course of action, just get out and start doing it and things may snowball into something.
Just thoroughly advertise when you start major jobs and you'll probably get a few bites. Back when I tried streaming all mine were spontaneous but I posted an announcement moments before starting and got a few friends to drop in.
