Ora unwrapped the towel from herself, exposing her large gravid belly. "Gerald, there you are." she said in an exhausted tone, "Would you please come tell your children to settle down? They just won't stop kicking me." Sudden bumps from little hands and feet could be seen all over her belly.
Gerald, who had been hanging out with friends, bounded up to his wife on all fours. Getting onto his hind legs, the short semi-feral Otter was the perfect height to press his face against her belly. Waiting until one of the kicks hit him, he let out several short squeaks to the little ones inside. After a few moments, the two little Otters stopped their constant kicking. Gently poking their father through their mothers belly a few times, they finally settled down.
"Oh thank you," Ora sighed in relief, "I don't know what it is about these two where they think they need to use me as a wrestling ring."
"Sorry I wasn't closer by." apologized Gerald as he starting to rub his wife's belly.
"It's not your fault," answered Ora, enjoying the gentle rubs. "You deserve some time to yourself. I'm gonna go back to our stuff and lay down."
"Sure thing," squeaked Gerald, getting back onto all fours and running back towards his friends.
Ora waddled along in the other direction, her babies now sound asleep. Time to finally get back to relaxing.
