Skurtak is  Snauw's OC that I made per my request offer. I hope the clothes are ok, I wanted something that wstanded out against his markings and something that didn't shield his fins. IDK how obvious it is, but he's spozed to be doing a finger gun. That's why he's saying "pow", lol. IDK if it's in his character to do it, even ironically, but the ref said "cool" by his persona and it seemed like something a "cool" person would do ironically imo.
