They were originally added in Cata to the disc talent tree as Archangel / Dark Archangel where Shadow and Disc priests both generally specced into them. The talents were removed in MoP but they let Disc keep the spell.
In Legion they made the two wing effects Disc PVP talents called Archangel and Dark Archangel.
