Though her job at the Surrogacy Corps. pays the bills and she has certainly made a name for herself, Seinna's prime reason for joining is that she /loves/ being round, full, and heavy with life. In fact it is likely this passion which drove her rise through the ranks! Has Seinna ever contemplated donating some of her own eggs for the surrogacy process? Even if she doesn't feel like raising kids herself, how does she feel about passing on her obviously superior lioness breeder genes and having a few (dozen/hundred/thousand) biological daughters of her own?
That would actually complicate matters quite a bit. As it is, she already has to move sectors after having taken out a certain number of contracts, or after having helped found a new colony. The reason for this is genetic diversity. Despite not actually donating any of the 'raw materials' to the process all the children that spring from her womb carry her genetic marker, plus, it would get a lil awkward if she were eventually contracted by one of those she carried before!
