Let me try to answer that question: She might start by having a regular seating chart for her students so that Adri knows where each student is sitting. This makes it easier to identify and, if necessary, separate troublemakers. Instead of sitting behind her desk while teaching, Adriana constantly move around the classroom. Sometimes, just her mere proximity to the students is enough to prevent potential discipline problems.
