Son of an American GI and an incubus (long story), Ted's the loveable scoundrel and rogue of Section Zero. Though not the best suited to undercover missions, he proves surprisingly adept at... best call it hand to hand combat, and while he works on his superiors' very last nerve, he still manages to save everyone's bacon more then anyone else on the team.

If only dad (not the GI, the other dad) didn't keep breaching the Veil Between Worlds to try and get his boy to join the family business.
