I meant the Tabasco. The placements in the movie are so intrusive to me but maybe I'm weird. Err, definitely weird but not because of that. =^.^=
My mother lived there before I was born and according to her they use, or used to use, better stuff. That was so long ago she used to buy beignets from "Dickie" (Richard Simmons) in his fat days from a shop that looked like a circus wagon. Maybe it's ubiquitous now that it's a huge international brand getting chugged by Tanya Harding. To me it's just bland and generic like catsup without any horseradish in it. But then i grew up putting actually hot hot sauces like Scorned Woman on eggs and stuff.

Tobasco is a 5th gen family own business that is only made in McIlhenny, LA. As someone who has half their family in the deepest parts of Louisiana, I can honestly tell you that it's like that in LA. Tobasco everywhere. It's over 100 years old, so it's well established in their culture. :9
