Well, the color was picked by the client, but the dragon parts were indeed designed by me

Riilu was the one to design the body shape and everything, I really love how it came out! I got to pick the color so all I said was `Dark Blue` because it'd clash well with my character's pink, and also since I been shamelessly playing a lot of Runescape as of late.
