Atropa Belladonna is a poisonous plant more commonly known by the name Deadly Nightshade. This is the basis for both her name, and some of her story; she has been named a person of interest in several deaths over the course of her extensive life.

The fact that she is the most sexually outgoing of the Forwyn sisters is just a coincidence.
