The other partial I finished for Anthrocon - Great blue heron! This big boy has been a work in progress for a long time with lots of prototyping. He has found a home at AC, so maybe you will see him around!
Many thanks to She-Jackal Arts for being my model as always XD Jaw moves, finished interior, hollow foam neck. Tail is custom painted in watercolor then printed on fabric, and features wire in each feather to keep them stiff. Countless chicken feathers wefted in.
