I like the sturdy look of these 1964 GMC pickup trucks and that great chrome bumper adds to the appeal for me. Coincidentally, this truck was painted in the same two-tone colors (white and pale yellow) as my first-ever new car, a 1978 Dodge Omni.

I miss having separate headlights, although the nifty LED ones in my newer car do show a lot. USA's headlight rules even back in the 60's was more stringent than Europe. Hence why many exports to the USA had to have different headlights. I still preferred the 60's Mercedes with the US style dual stacked headlights over the Euro spec single sealed beam headlight.
