Use the Depression stone?
Congratulations- Your generic furry Killveous evolved into Void Monster.
Decided that Killve needed an upgrade- she has been exactly the same since 2010 (minus wings on and off depending on her use). And while I'll keep FurryTMDoNotSteal Killve about- I am going to better represent a sona with new Killve, who is now a slimey, snakey, long ass bitch. A more demon like creature that before, which controls blood and flesh. One that is more realistic and less cutesy I guess.
Most notable will be her head change. She's more skeletal and her horns/spikes/flipflaps on the side have a spectral set of eyes (so now has two normal eyes, six eyes around her head as well as hidden eyes in the backs of her wing claws) coz I spy on you. Those things also move around too now, so she can emote with them.
Her length is extreme and she's wiggly now as well. She's got four legs and HUGE wings which are just one finger like pterosaurs- complete unrealistic but weird looking which suits her. Front legs are tiny, with feathery down around the wrists as usual, but the back legs are now shorter and fatter, with no feathers but instead clear big scales and feet with a extra long big toe claw, as I'm known for.
I'm slowly building her a new reference, which I'll dump up in 2020 as a nice round number. 10 years is a long time to stay the same... And I do need a proper ref finally. Once I clear out all my other work I have to do, for now I have lods of sketches of her which I'm whittling down to get her perfect new look.
Colours have also changed from mainly red and white to mainly black, white and gold now, with red accents on the tips of the scales in a highlighting effect. Also not a she any more technically- as she has no female organs (or organs at all).
I will slowly change the gender to 'they' from now on, to better represent myself.
I think this is a good shift and a better representation of who I am as a person- I'm not a furry really. I'm a monster. And I should look like one.

This is going in scraps, but posting it now because someone asked me about Killve recently, and why she looks a bit different in my side doodles- this is why. :O
