I be a cat girl, naturally, and this picture is as accurate as I wanted it to be XD
I don't have blue hair, but my hair kinda looks like that. I do have cyan ears and a kitty tail. I also own that dress (its my favourite, though part of it broke today. Gotta fix it.)

Experimenting alot this year, but this is a style that has definately worked (though there are some adjustments I plan to make in future images done in this way).
