This is Ivy May... At least, that's the name of her host body. She is actually a Shadow Demon called Winutu, but she inhabits Ivy May's body. She comes to the Big Easy to keep an eye on Dr. Facilier and his work with those on the other side. Where He is known as the "Shadow Man", Ivy is often called the "Red Butterfly" because she always wears red and seems to hover around Dr. Facilier.
I'm not used to drawing Disney style, so I looked at a lot of princess pictures for reference... I think it looks like crap.
