Well, yeah I know its utopia to hope that anyone actually is going to comment, and also comment with constructive critism, apperently people are afraid of it.. or whatever...
Its supposed to be a zebra (the stripes are in a hidden layer, while I draw the mane) but I think the mane looks a little odd... Besides that zebras doesnt have that kind of mane, this is more of a hybrid, and white stripes will be added later...
Think of it as a regular horse mane... It still looks odd...

Did you use a reference for this? The shoulder/neck/head looks very strange, there is no bone or muscle structure. Zebras have a much different build than horses, they are not just "horses with stripes". Look up "zorse" if you want to see what a real hybrid's build looks like.
