I think it came out really well. I am usually not that good at designing clothes and such so I was happy to give Luthien the job. It required me to do some thinking about the flag and some details of where Ethan comes from which I'd never depicted in a visual format before. :)

his armor kinda looks like leather armor, true leather armor wasnt really a thing in medieval warfare since such armor would be expensive and not very strong(not to mention that they had a better and cheaper alternartive, gambeson), however, there is an armor that looks like leather armor that was indeed used, brigandine, the brigandine is an armor made of many small metal plates, those plates are covered by either leather or cloth, on the outside it looks like a leather armor.
