Honestly sir, you are doing a great job withh this comic, this laest arc was GREAT, and i will wait anxiously for the next installment, you are doin great!

I’m curious how this will play out now, especially with Peki on Nyarai’s side now. Peki was the “prisoner” for stealing Adelgund’s championship before. Hope she’s not gonna cause a distraction that’ll end with a cheap shot that costs Adelgund and Miki the match.

This is some bad ass panel! Also notice how of all people Adelgund is the one that trust more in Muko chance to become a combagal! She is so far the character that conquered most fandom heart, due to being a great, in all sense, character.
Now we going to see Nyarai facing an opponent who can actually fight back and will be interesting(so far she fought people who were way too below her skill) . On the other side perhaps we will see Peki too and i still think she could be a pintsized engine of violence

Yes, I am getting good vibes from this great turn of events by having Adel step into the picture. It would be interesting how for a change how Nyarai will fare against someone with fighting skil, as well as someone bigger than her.

Why would Adel end muko when she made her, her sidekick by making muko her deputy?

I never thought that I would root for Adelgund... But man! This entrance hyped me!

I rather suspect that Adelgund is about to give Kitty Flying Lessons.

And I somehow suspect that she'll not be Able to hit her even once x/

Also given the difference if Adel is playing serious it will took just one strike to get Nyarai off her paws and out fo the ring

An interesting conundrum, right? Nyarai is a demon in the ring, that's or sure.

But Team Executor seems to be heavily into the showmanship and scripting aspects of wrestling. Adelgund in the ring is a carefully created and curated personality with specific traits and ways of fighting. However, this is not an arranged match anymore... and certainly not one conducted for showmanship. Nyarai threw that one out the window with gusto.

So now Adelgund doesn't have to follow any of the usual rules. She can fight like she wants to - and not to forget, she is the current championship title holder.



And well, you know, there is a very good reason we have weight classes for fairness in IRL martial arts.

Jesus Muko is pathetic

Yes, she couldn't fight, never could land a hit on Nyarai and is badly hurt from Nyarai's blows. I feel sorry for what has happened to her. but at least it looks like not all is lost yet.

And what did you expect? She had near zero training, she did not know jackshit about the activity she was engaging into except the most surface aspect of it. She fared ok only because Adelgung accepted to play" training wheel" for her. Infact more than Muko i am angry at Cookie who , no joke, endangered the life of this naive bunny, allowing her to put foot on ring when she was just starting to learn the basis - ok granted she thought was a pre planned match and things gone south, but this does not justify all the pain Muko endured!

Regular wrestling, just going in on the basics would be fine. Muko has skills, but no training and Cookie did her best to give her knowledge of the most useful basic tactics. Even without an opponent that is specifically letting get on her feet, those skills would have been enough in a regular match against normal opponents. The issue here is that Nyarai is NOT a normal oppenent, she is a vicious bitch that is intentionally beating the shit outta someone not able to defend themselves, while being fully aware of it. This SHOULD be illegal regardless, becuase she is putting muko's life in danger. She might not win against normal opponents, but they also wouldn't or shouldn't be savage either.

Cookie was more or less right to choose this fight for Muko. Adel is not an opponent she can lust over, meaning she's got to take the fight more seriously, and Adel is more then willing to the cute bunny have a go at her so Muko can improve her ring skills. Even without a paid fight, if this was at least RL wrestling, the opponents would know Muko is fresh faced and not go as hard on her they would someone with experience, of course RL wrestling you'd probably not have someone like Muko who's primary in it for lust.

There is no way Cookie could have thought things would go this way, and did specifically, as you acknowledge, give her a fight that was planned. But she couldn't and shouldn't be blamed for the fact Nyarai is a complete bitch with an axe to grind that is beating up on someone that DOESN'T deserve it, knows they can't fight on the same level, and only doing so becuase she's trying to hurt Cookie. Its like blaming the parents of a first time teen driver, when they get injured in a car crash becuase a Semi truck ran a red light. There is a point that can't be planned or expected.

Ok I can see your point. I am probably still upset about last page Cookie's worry, not about poor Muko but about her own fate. But you are right, while she DID rush things with Muko, she did her best to ensure things will go nice, albeit she is terrible judge of people, you have to admit it, and she should accept that things are now beyond repair for her, at this point.
In the end is as we always said(we the fandom) everyone here is blinded by their own desires and dreams not noticing the reality of the situation till is to damn late(come on Nyarai was obviously not exactly hiding her intentions that much, everyone guessed more or less she would dump Cookie's sore ass at some point!)

I love how the chapter ends with a cliffhanger between two professional Combagals. It makes you wonder the true extent of Nyarai's fighting skills when she's not preying on inexperienced fighters or the true strength that Adelgund has when she's not throwing out the fight.

Yeah that will be fun, my predictions is that Nyarai will face much toughter cookie than Muko, and while she will insist to fight, she will be forced to tag with Peki, who has definitely a past with Adelgund

i imagine Peki's gonna come out of the blue with a steel chair or the like to the back of Adelgund's head just when it looks like she's winning.

Also, really am hoping Muko stops being so pathetic very soon. I get that we're getting dripfed this comic, but the moments where she has any sort of shine are becoming too few and far between. The last one was against Kalita where some folks commented on how at least she stood up for those in need, even if not necessarily with the best of intentions. But the "mama" part made me cringe >.>;

That part was cringeworthy yes, but i think was intended to be so, to show that at this point of her ....professional life?,,, Muko is just a big kid, her lecherousness now come out as very very naive in this optic and her optimism and trust if others is kind of childish. She is pathetic yes, but not hate worth, she need to grow up a little but this does not means she deserved to be maimed like that.

Yes, however, at this point, this has been established to the point of being ludicrous. If the 'turn' doesn't come after this humiliation, I will question the likability of the protagonist.

The only way this would be not redundant is maybe Muko needed to realize this herself - if that is the development here, that's great. However, we've already established Muko cannot fight, though he has the passion for it. We need a reason to keep rooting for Muko, and, from a critical point of view, I feel that those moments where we are reminded why we root for Muko are coming too few and far between.

I find myself rooting for Adelgund to layeth the smack down simply because she seems like a badass. I'm very curious about what Peki will do, and Nyarai intrigues me as far as what her motives are.
